Columbus Coffee

Not my favorite brand but this is a good branch. They do their hot chocolate really well. Conveniently located next to countdown it is a weekly spot for me.

Have been here for breakfast and coffee several times now, not the quickest service for coffee as often busy with takeaways, both times the coffee came out after the meals. But both the meals and coffee are good so will come back!

Went for a work lunch with a colleague, so we were time limited. Took 40 mins for our food to come out and then my order was wrong, took another 10 minutes to bring out the correct order at which point it was luke-warm. The staff were very friendly however and when I gave feedback at the counter, they didn't charge us for anything. This was a lovely gesture and turned a negative review into a positive one!

Good, convenient location and friendly staff. However, the food is over-priced and in my experience fairly average. This chain cafe just doesn't fit in to Newtown, it's not off-beat enough and there are far better places around. This place survies purely because it is in a convenient location.

Great food and lovely coffee. Very handy location. Staff are very nice as well.
