Columbus Coffee

Best coffee shop in Wellington. I love their Gingernut Latte. They have lovely staff. You can collect some points on every drink/food you purchase and can reimburse it once you collect enough on your card. What else one can wish for! :)

Been to this cafe before, and generally Columbus is quite good. Only this time we were very disappointed. Coffee was not the best, tea was not very strong and took a while to get to a reasonable colour. Food was very average. We had two toasted sandwiches, with very little filling and basic white bread and were charge $17 for these. Would not mind if they came with maybe a bit of salad and were nicely presented, but they was just blonked on the plate with a knife and fork and a small dish of tomato sauce. Also my husband swiped his Columbus card, but nothing has come up as a transaction on his card. We felt the whole place could have done with a good clean. Tables were wiped while we were there and the crumbs swept onto the floor. The table number were very grubby and needed a wipe over. Probably will not bother to go there again. As I said very disappointing

I tried the chicken waffles recently and they were really delicious. I highly recommend this place

Great coffee and nice location.

Great cafe in a great location. Conveniently place next to the supermarket so if you need a break after shopping in the supermarket, you can have a break in Columbus Coffee just below the supermarket.
When it came to the cafe it did lack slightly in range in the menu compared to some other Columbus cafes, but still is satisfying.
