Chocolate Fish Cafe

Great location but the menu is lacking. We ordered burgers as everything is cooked on the grill but you cannot get fries or anything else as you'd expect with a burger.

Good place for kids to run around but although the drinks and ice creams are good the food itself is average and the selection lacking

The staff are very friendly and we took our dog as well as we were eating outside.
Dog bowls are available and fresh cold water as well, a male staff member even gave our dog a biscuit.
My wife had the Fish Cakes and my daughter had the Vegan Burger and I had the Reuben Sandwich which we washed down with a bottle of Pinot Noir.Worth to try.I will definitely visit this place again.

One of the most beautiful places around the bays on Wellington’s nicer days. This place always has a lovely atmosphere and is great for families/groups with younger children. Refreshing smoothies and milkshakes for warmer weather and plenty of outdoor seating!

This place is really good for families as they ahve ple ty of space and sometoys for children to run around and go mad. However people also brought their dogs which I think in unhygenic and is also quite dangerous with lots of young children running around. We were also a bit disappointed that you couldn't get fries with any ofthe food items (were toldthey couldn't have a deep fryer as it is a historic building). I might come back on a non-windy summer's day if there aren't many dogs around.

the setting is great especially on a nice day. Lots of room and so much to do for the kids. Food is Pleasant but this place for us is all about a beer on a sunny day with the family and friends.
