Absolutely useless. Took 10 days to diagnose an issue on the car, never bothered to call to give an update, when I called I was told to come pick up the car when it wasn't actually ready. After paying $1,500 I had to bring the car back because it wasn't fully fixed. And after another 3 days and despite being told all was fixed... well it clearly wasn't... I have given up and getting the car fixed somewhere else. Waste of time and money!

My driver hopped into my truck, turned the alarm on inadvertently. Turned the ignition on, nothing happened. Driver rang me in Auckland. I rang Auto Electric Solutions who, went straight to see him, analyzed the problem immediately and my driver was away again. Very prompt and efficient service. Well done.
