Great advice for our feline family member. Staff are always happy and friendly. Lots of products to pick from and often have great specials. Love that there is a pet-wash set up in the main entrance. Can get quite busy on the weekends and car parks become scarce.

We take the dog here for grooming. They do an okay job, but it feels a little bit like a business rather than a place that loves dogs. Also, they are more expensive. On the other hand, I can usually get an appointment without much notice.

Great customer service the girl that served me was so friendly and happy she went the extra mile to help us get the right dog collar and flee treatment
