Exceptional service and a real care for animals. We purchased a fish tank and fish from this store and they offered us all the information we could need to ensure our fish were safe and well looked after. The store is big, clean and well stocked.

Great animates store love their range of products. Just off the Hutt Road so great parking and easy access. Lovely staff and just love the dog wash facility. Always end up leaving with a few extra treats for our pets.

This is always our perfered place to use the dog wash. We have two dogs and never have to wait to use the facilities. So well priced. The staff are always friendly although parking can be difficult at times. A busy spot but managed well.

We have always been impressed with the variety and friendly service at this store mainly when we have been in to buy food and toys for our cat. Our kids also love the animals everywhere!

A good store with a good and wide choice of cat food and other pet supplies.
Car parking can be in short supply at busy times. Friendly staff who know their stuff and are able to recommend products to suit.
A bugbear was that the cages are very expensive and cat bowls costing $15 when much cheaper elsewhere and online.
Overall, a good supply and well worth visiting for the usual day to day supplies.
