Outstanding all round service. The reception lady was polite and knowledgeable. Very curtious and kept me upto date with the timings of the technicians arrival.

The technician was really knowledgeable with our panasonic televisions and all the parts and was very friendly. although our TV was out of warranty he still arranged with panasonic to send an "A board" (worth $950) for free.

He took our 65" TV away in a custom protector box and the next day returned it, tuned it and set it up for a better HD picture.

I would highly recommend this company who repaired 1 TV and replaced another TV. They were professional and provided a quick turn around service at a reasonably price, explaining everything in layman's terms every step of the way.
