When I entered the store the staff appeared to be focussed and working hard. I found the team member who served me very helpful and knowledgeable about my light fitting and what was causing the fault. The team member suggested solutions to fix the fault in my item and I purchased based on the team members advice.

This store have friendly knowledgeable staff who are quick to help the customer. In my dealings they have been so helpful even leaving an urgent part so i can collect it after hours. This store is a pleasure to deal with.
