VTNZ (Vehicle Testing New Zealand)

Fantastic service given by our local VTNZ. There was a small queue in front of me but they moved through quickly and my WOF was issued without delay. Will definitely be heading back here next year.

Rude unhelpful staff when presenting Rego cheque for ill family member (had called to make prior arrangement) invoive had been issued without correct acc levy so different amount to be paid and rego could not be issued - could have offered alternitives (in hindsight - I could have asked for alternitives to ie: paying $1.31 difference by cash) but staff were to busy telling me off for not having correct amount - left astonished having to return again to get rego.

I usually get my prego for car online, so hardly go to VTNZ however went there once for licensing and they mentioned licensing services are not available here. When it clearly says available on the website!

Great location and great service. We didn't get the road safety check this time around but the mechanic still pointed out a few minor details for attention. Top class. So easy on a Saturday morning to go for a warrant and pick up the car after a swim with the kids across the road!!.

Always get my WOF done here and they are always really thorough which is great. Staff are lovely to deal with and always seem to be able to check my car on a Saturday wich is great as I work Monday to Friday.
-0.5 stars for price, they do tend to charge slightly more than others but the weekend hours and the bonus of flybuys points makes it worth it.
