Got a car battery real cheap from them. Gave me a discount for being a member! They even had a 40 cents off fuel for spending over 100NZD. The staff was friendly and helped me to pick the right batteries. Great experience shopping with them. Well-stocked accessories for cars. They even had fuel cans of various sizes!

Saw reversing camera / stereo combo advertised went in to the store to check specs - team member anwsered all questions returned to purchase from another team member who was lost so received assistance from original team member. Went to get this fitted turns out additional cords required which repco dont stock. This lack of information and product knowledge not only caused me to travel to lower hutt (after searching UH) to get cords (extra $35 plus half a day of my time) and additional auto electricians time. I expect better

Awesome service from the upper hutt team. Brought my bew roof racks from them the other day.

Great customer service. Visited store as I need to buy car oil, staff member was very helpful and explained to me which oil I should buy that is best for my car. The oil I was going to buy was more expensive and would not have been the best for my car so was really happy with the customer service I received in store. Lots of free parking right outside store.
