Fireworx/Fires By Design Limited

Had a fireplace installed by Fireworx in 2017. The install job of the fireplace itself was fine (or seems to be). However, they did a bad job installing the hearth, and it needs correcting. The board installed underneath is not flush with the hearth, which looks terrible.

I have called and emailed multiple times over the last year. Rochelle (the office lady) is all talk - keeps promising that they will fix up the problem and Andrew will call me, but nothing ever happens.

I wholeheartedly would not recommend this company - unless you enjoy being lied to. Unsure how a business with such poor customer service remains in business.

I received the worst customer service I have ever received from this company. I placed an order with them in January 2019. They never ordered it. After following up with them they advised that the fire I wanted was not in stock with Masport. I rang Masport direct and was told they had 18 in stock. After contacting
Fireworx again, was told they have now ordered me one, and was getting delivered, but they had waited so they could order with 2 others to minimise freight costs. I rang them again 2 weeks later and was told "No didn't order it, they no longer make that fire". Did not even have the courtesy to ring me and let me know. Would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

Ordered a wood burner. Price was reasonable but extremely awful customer service. Staff is arrogant

We have installed a wood burner from this place their product and the people who came to install were fantastic. The front staff however was very rude and did not put too much attention on the customer service. Seems like she hardly cared anyways the fireplace however has been working great and warms the whole house.

Not only does this place have nice fireplaces, but they also have great stuff for the house. We purchased some massively sized baskets to hold our fire wood, so cool. Nice staff and very helpful with all of the different options and choices.
