Great service from Graeme and Julie.We made the trip from Hawkes Bay to check BTD and their product out and drove past several fence instalations on the way before making a commitment to go with this product.We can only say from the first engagement at BTD through to delivery onsite in Hawkes bay everything was informative and seamless.The product arrived on time,in full.no damage and in tip top condition.We used a local installer who did a great job.The fence has been up for three months now and the timber has not moved.Once we paint the fence later in spring I will load more photos and hopefully there will be no shadows to distort my pics the fence is super straight
