Just the norm .... excellent service from the office Team and the repair man who arrived at short notice and fixed the problem. Thanks again Gabities - you rock

We called them to get a serviceman around for an insurance appraisal.
We were told that she didn't know when someone would be round and that she would call me back in 10 minutes - no call back was received. The following day a serviceman called me at my work on my mobile and asked where I was and that he was at my house - luckily I had someone nearby to let him in and do his job.
While the serviceman was really great and friendly to deal with its just a shame that the office staff weren't so helpful.
Hopefully it was just a bad day and would like to amend the review if the service improves.
