Store is huge and has a kids play area. Also they are doing bouncy castle on every Saturday when weather is good.

This mitre10 is good, the staff are helpful and friendly generally and the store seems to be very well stocked most of the time. Presentation is pretty good too!

This place can't be beat for customer service! Each staff member knows what they're talking about, and knows where things are within their own department. Staff are usually always on-hand too, no running around looking for someone to help!
The product lines are really good, from paint to lighting, bathroom cabinetry to garden shop, giftware to cleaning appliances. This is my one-stop shop, and I almost never go to the other big brand hardware/homeware store.
