You can definitely loose yourself in this store as it is so large and open! They are always having something cool on for the kids like a bouncy castle out the front which is a draw in on its own. Large selection of everything and anything DIYers need and want. Customer service is very high and lovely welcoming people. Staff are always willing to lend a hand or advice to the project at hand. Prices are comparable with other mitre10 megas however some in store bargains will pop up now and then. Huge amount of parking. Store is always set up nicely and is always clean and tidy. On site café does a beautiful coffee as well.

Great store with a good selection of products. It's easy as to find what you are looking for and the staff are helpful. Nice cafe, food is good, smoothies are delicious. Awesome garden center, heaps of different products to choose from and really nicely presented.

The most hardware shop in Te Awamutu and friendly staffs always wants to give helps. They hire trailer for free if you buy large items.

Very nice store. the staff were helpful and polite. had to wait at the service desk to be served for sometime but other than that it was good.
