Staff don't seem to be very welcoming to new clients. Hardly any conversation or smiles, very small rooms especially for mothers, also skin was burnt from waxing.

I've been here for a great back neck and shoulder 1hour massage. Was very relaxing and just the right pressure.
Was treated well despite being the end of what would've been a long day.

There are a wide range of treatments available here, from waxing and spray-tans, to specialist skin treatments and feathered brows. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I happily go back again and again.

I came in today for a waxing of my lip and chin.

It was my first time with you guys and it will be my last. I was horrified the way I was treated and will spread the word.

A young girl, I am unsure of her name, was who I saw. I have been having waxings for 30 years now. Normally when I have a waxing, the therapist, after pulling wax off, puts her finger over the area to numb the sensation of the pulling of wax off. I expressed surprise that she did not do so and was told I was being rude. She also told me that I did not know what I was talking about and she has studied beauty therapy. I was quite offended by her comment. I am not disputing she has studied beauty therapy otherwise she would not be working there, I get that and am not questioning so. Just expressing surprise. Also I think after 30 years of having waxings, I know what my treatment has been. This young girl would not even be 30 and to be so rude to a client is inexcusable.

Also I think the quality of your wax is good, wax has improved over the last 30 years.

I was going to be having a spray tn tomorrow, but I have cancelled this and will travel to Hamilton where I know what I am getting and do not have to put up with some young girl being rude to me.

I will be sharing my experience so others will not have to feel humiliated like I felt. If she keeps on treating people like so she will run your business to the ground.
