      Went to the Rockshop today, to get my childs guitar string replaced. Had the most amazing service when Alex served us. The decision was made to restring the guitar rather than one string and Alex explained and instructed how to restring. Even let my boy restring 2 strings. Then explained how to tune the guitar using the tuner he received for Xmas. The time, attention and service that Alex showed us, and other customers as they came through the door was incredible. We will definitely shop here regularly. Thank you Alex
