      I was really disappointed when I walked into this shop and heard the counter staff speak to a customer sarcastically and clearly was not interested in being helpful. If the business does not know (which was what the staff member said) how the courier system in NZ works, then maybe they should not be agents for the postal service. I walked out of the shop based on the counter staff behaviour. I was appalled that a shop that thrives on tourist trade, which presumably includes postal services, could be this rude. Would not happen if reliance was on tips!

      Helpful, friendly service, with books, postage/courier services and Lotto. They stock a decent range of books, particularly the bestsellers. They also stock a good range of stationery, gifts and games - a great store to stop into if you are shopping for gifts. My go-to book store.
