You may have a challenge with one of your electronic devices, or may feel that your tech isn't giving you the kind of experience you're after. If so, you're in the right place. My name's Matt (aka MATZEI The IT Guy) and I'll get things sorted. I'm here to make sure you have the right experience when using the tech at your disposal, whatever that may be. I do that by leaning on an extensive range of professional skills I've developed during my journey from 1993 to now. As a Bachelor of Information Science undergraduate (majoring in IT) at Massey University, I know it all starts with ones and zeroes. With plenty of Internet Service Provider experience and knowledge, I'm familiar with issues that often just need someone to take a look.
