Four Square

Ended up having to stay a night in Hanmer without notice and had a 6months old. The four square was a life saver and had everything we needed from a bottle, correct formula, wipes, nappies and a good selection of food to make a dinner and breakfast. Staff even waited for us making sure we had everything we needed as it was closing time.

This is a decent stop for a must need items. It is pretty expensive but so are all four square shops around the county. They have everything you might need if you are self catering while staying in Hanmer. Not too many other options in Hanmer anyway!

This is the only supermarket in Hanmer Springs. You'll find the essentials here and they keep the shelves stocked.

This is a really great diary that I sometimes pop into for a drink or ice cream. The owners are always friendly and helpful.

The employees here are so friendly, approachable and always helpful. There's a wide range of delicious foods and drinks to choose from, the produce and snacks are high quality and lovely.
