      Friendly staff who are good to deal with and great range of items in store
      wait times to be served can be a little long with staff helping loan customers
      leaving less staff on the floor
      but apart from that very happy customer

      WARNING TO OTHERS: CASH CONVERTERS TAURANGA DO NOT HONOUR THEIR 90 DAY WARRANTY ON JEWELLERY.

      We bought a second hand diamond ring only to find the stones fell out of it 16 DAYS after we bought it. Cash Converters Tauranga have a 90 warranty on jewellry if it is faulty which it obviously is. When we went back to the shop, we were bullied by a Tattooed Shop assistant with a beard who refused to honour the warranty and said that's an insurance claim because the stone that dropped out of it is tiny and not to be found.

      Stand over LOAN SHARK TACTICS really and not fair trading.
      I am not going to stop here as I think these guys need to be had up by the commerce commission for unfair trading.

      Funny part is I was eyeing up an $1100 mens ring to buy there which I won't be now.

      They have a huge variety of products. I was impressed by the amount of new products they've got. The prices are average. The service was great as well. Only downside is the parking. If it wasn't for the parking issue, I definitely be a regular customer.

      Very good quality items the prices are quite high but you can find a bargain some of the staff are friendly and helpful it is very hard to find a parking space
