      Staff are always lovely and really easy to book - price is pretty resonable. Great location as easy access to get to Tauranga City Centre or drive to Papamoa or the Mount. Rooms are a bit outdated but always clean.

      Good place to stay when in Tauranga. We have stayed serveral times here - they have updated the rooms and they are always clean and tidy. Nice rooms with private spa which is a treat and the kids loved the thermal pool.
