Great selection of hot and cold buffet food, dessert was really nice, staff were friendly and it had a great atmosphere, great place for special occasions

Great vibe - licensed bar, lovely staff. Take away options were available although we dined in and left feeling impressed. Thanks again!

As you can expect from this group of hotels. The stay was a while ago but the place had an interesting layout with having to go up and down hallways which had a good natural light.

A grand hotel in the heart of Rotorua with excellent staff making this business an outstanding one. I used the massage and spa pool facilities which were impressive. The concierge was professional and attentive.

Nice accomodation but could be a grand hotel with a refurb. Still enjoy this hotel
