We asked Chris for advice about recoating our cork floor, with a darkish stain in the polyurethane. He went out of his way to come to our house 2 or 3 times. He also provided us with a sample of how the finished product would look. In the end we decided that the cork was too old to warrant proceeding with the job, and so did not go ahead. But, throughout this time Chris was helpful and professional. Lesley Baynes
