First time staying at the hotel and we will definitely be back.

I have stayed here a couple of times in the past month when I have been in Auckland for work. The staff here are all fantastic! So attentive and helpful and nothing is ever a problem! Room was great! I was lucky enough to get a room in one of the higher floors with a great view of the harbour! Selection for breakfast is really good too!

Checked in fresh off the plane from Honolulu and received excellent service. The front desk worker even provided a solid recommendation of a place to grab a few pints and listen to live tunes. The room is super comfy and the free wifi is a great plus. Location is central and convenient.

Good hotel in a great location. The room is tidy and bedding is clean, bed is quite comfortable. Would stay here again

Great place to stay and breakfast choices are really good. Will surely be back as happy return customer.
