      I went in to buy some rock climbing gear. I asked for help and the guy just said that the rock climbing gear was "down the back". I walked around looking for it and eventually after 5-10mins someone came to help me. They had hardly any shoes and no male climbing harnesses in stock. It was winter so I didnt expect them to have a lot but it was still pretty poor service and stock.

      Cool place to look around, they carry a lot of specialist gear and brands that have been hard to find elsewhere. The place has a neat vibe and a great range of clothing in all sorts of colours (not just pink and purple for women). Happy to support independent businesses like Small Planet!

      got my snowboard fixed here this season, thought is was going to be in the bin with a busted rail. small planet brought it back to life! took 5 days to fix.
