A great outdoor restaurant with quality food and wine. Staff are friendly, if a little under-trained in some cases. Service is efficient and they have a good wine selection. Pasta and oysters a good choice and try the Chard Farm Pinot.

The ambience is nice, service was okay.
But I had the best Seafood pesto pasta ever!
It was really good, I’d fly from Melbourne to Queenstown just to eat it!
Definitely will come back for the pasta

Love their food, environment and service. The seafood and steak are sensational. It is lovely to enjoy wine and meals with their fireplace and by the river. All waitresses are very friendly and keep checking us.awesome service

We stopped in here for a couple of drinks before and lunch another time. Super yum! Friendly staff and sitting outside is just glorious!

We enjoyed both lunch and dinner service at the Pier located right on the lakeside. Greeted and seated but friendly staff and kept warm from the cold of autumn by great heaters both indoors and outdoors. The food was generous servings and really tasty. A warming bowl of seafood chowder or a really good burger with a side of fries. Another table ordered the Truffle fries with Parmesan and they smelt so good that when we returned another day for dinner we order them ourselves as a side and weren't disappointed. They were delicious. Mains were great with seafood linguine and a perfectly cooked Angus steak. Followed on by the best Crème Brulee I think we have ever tasted. Highly recommend this as a stop for a meal while in Queenstown.
