Rooms very clean, comfortable, amazing views if you get the right room, staff very helpful & courteous. Superb location within walking distance from just about everything in Queenstown

This is a nice Hotel, we stayed 2 nights and have no real complaints. The room was clean, access was good and the staff there were friendly and helpful.

Close-ish to town and the lake view from our room was amazing. Hotel staff where generally very helpful.
