Review applies to the rental section. We have rented direct with the landlord and through other agents but B&T in Pukekohe are really 'doing it right'. Very professional, made you feel like a real person rather than 'just a renter'. Great electronic system for booking a viewing of a property. Good communication around 3 monthly inspections and were happy to work around us with times due to our ill health. They do a difficult job but do it in a really 'human' way as far as tenants are concerned - well done!
