Honey Centre & Cafe

Prices are increase a lot compared to the time when we visited here for the first time but I trust their products. I normally buy Pohutukawa honey. If you are living in Auckland area, they ship it to you by courier at the reasonable shipping charge.

Amazing little cafe with its bee hives and sells organic honey that is home made, recommend to people driving pass the area!

What a cool little place to stop. Great place to see what sort of honey you like as there is a little table to taste test all the different types of honey, Who knew how different they all taste. A huge variety of honeys available and a great little café on site to sit and enjoy a little bit of tranquility on the way up north. Prices are actually quite good considering the honey available. Customer service was great and very tolerant of children and friendly. Awesome little stop and a must see.

I have fond memories of this place for visits with a school group as a child. The tours they do are lovely, and very informative. Worth a stop on your way north or south, as they have a lovely little giftshop with delicious honeys.
