Unhelpful lady tried to book just kept on telling me price and hours price.and hours Disinterested tone in her voice felt like I was inconveniencing her

We have been coming to this cattery since it has opened for at least 10 years . The care of our cats is out-standing, the homely environment is welcoming & loving .They treat our cats as if they are their own family. This has been the only cattery we have ever used. Our cats always come home happy. Thank you Cozy cats on Ellesmere for your continual loving care. We recommend you to all our friends and family.

When I picked up my 16 - 17 year old cat after Christmas I couldn't believe how happy he was. He was always very vocal about his previous cattery accommodation but this time he was in no hurry to leave. A big thank you to the owners. I will certainly be returning
