Voltage Electrical was one of three companies I rang to get quotes for, and they provided me with the lowest hourly rate. As part of my conversations with each company, I gave a basic description of my problem, and all of them did offer some "generic" advice regarding my problem which was good to know. But Voltage Electrical was the only company to consider other relevant information I had not presented (i.e. the weather) to then provide me with practical advice (accompanied by explanation) as to how to identify the possible problem (if linked to the weather) and how to fix the problem by myself. So in the end, after following the brief advice that I got, I was able to identify and resolve the issue myself within 10 minutes. Based on the quick thinking of the electrician to quickly deduce the most likely source of my problem, I'd be happy to pay for this sort of efficient service in the future, the next time I'm in need of an electrician.
