      Some of the staff are great and some are terrible.

      We had one issue and just wanted to know if there was anything that could be done to help. There was one staff member who literally did not want to listen to or help us, so they told us to "come back some other time". When their friends arrived in store, they left us and went to chat with them instead.

      Are you kidding me?!? Who does that?

      Would love to shop at this location again, but because of that sour experience, we would rather shop at a different location.

      Purchased my first LED tv from Harvey Norman Porirua, it was good deal. TV is very good quality, never have any problem and still watching it. picture still very sharp. happy with the purchase.

      After our old loved microwave stopped working we decide to visit this store. We weren't sure what kind of specifications we should get and the salesperson was very informative to help us buy the one suited to our needs. We are happy with our new stainless steel Panasonic. We have to comeback to buy a fridge later on the year.
