Today my laptop died and I urgently needed a replacement so against my better judgement I went to Harvey Norman Porirua . I spent 1800 . I picked it up an hour later than they promised they would have it ready . I actually bought 2 of them . I spent the afternoon reloading OneDrive , Microsoft etc only to discover the laptop faulty . This is not the first time Harvey Norman Porirua have sold or misled me on IT . Last year they charged my mother $100!to look at her iPad and after weeks of keeping it ( they said they had sent it away ) , they tripped themselves on their own lies and owned up to the fact they never even looked at it . How quick they refunded that $100 . Once this is sorted I will never buy from them again and I suggest anyone else buying , get them to open the box , turn it on and check .
