We just brought dinner here for me and my husband and a couple of friends the food was that oily and husband rang to complain and promised our money back of 35 dollars and to only to get 20 back and have the cheek to swear at my husband infront of customers looking at taking this matter further to fair ago

Sorry to hear all the bad reviews, we have always had good service. The chinese food is ok, their burgers are basic, but their fish and chips are the best in my opinion.

Fantastic Chinese. Cooked perfectly every time and staff are always friendly

Sadly food was really greasy but reasonable in prices just the same so wasn't to worried about it nearly falling through the paper. Lovely service. Parking is a bit of a pain so avoid rush hour meal times.

despite the last 2 times of good meals.. ordered from menu only... tonight was terrible.
Ordered 2 lots of 2 cheeseburgers with no onions and no pickles (they don;t do pickles but the kids were specific) and repeating it in different ways well over 4 times..., 2 lots of cheese burgers no onlions and 2 fish burgers with cheese..., yes 4 cheeseburgers total with no onions and no pickles, so 2 of your 2 cheeseburgers specials no onions, over and over again. When i came back to pick up order... i got 2 cheesburgers and 2 fishburgers with cheese, after rethinking the cost, they did charge me correctly for what they made, but completely ignored the order... worse still... i got home and after 1 bite each of the half a burger each kid had (ordered 4 burgers for 4 kids so in the end they got 1/2 a burger each), i then had to spend the next 15mins digging the big chunks of onion out of the cheese... so much for no onions...I was almost willing to forgive the complete and utter lack of basic english comprehension until i had to deal with 15mins of screaming kids while i tried to dig the onions out of the cheese before reheating the burgers, and then having to cook a new meal for them, cause they weren;t willing to try the burgers after i promised them no onions the first time. Shoulda just saved time and money and got happy meals for them from mcdonalds, they at least understand enough english to get the order right, and hold the onions and pickles when requested.
