I have only been going to VTNZ out of convenience but will never go back again and warn others to beware. I was failed on Cornering lights that the inspector said were headlights and were faulty. Point one, they are cornering lights and not headlights. Point two, after spending $115.00 needlessly on new bulbs and auto electrical diagnostics I was informed that there was nothing wrong with the cornering lights (or the original bulbs). I tried to inform the inspector on a retest that they were cornering lights and that the dealer and two other mechanics/auto electricians had said it was not a warrantable issue but he was completely unwilling to listen or admit they are wrong. They should know what they are talking about but clearly don't. They also had the cheek to try and tell me that I had been charged too much by the auto electrician for the diagnostics. I couldn't care less how much they charged, at least they know what they are talking about. I should never have had to go to an auto electrician in the first place. I am waiting to see if they refund me the costs incurred. (not happy that they have just put their price up too, clearly not worth the cost)

Really convenient location but it’s extremely overbooked far too busy and there is no safe parking here, also the staff are very grumpy and rude - due to being so busy I avoid this VtNZ

Very good service with excellent staff, they are very picky on the safety.
