After sending a short notice request to TA for a registered valuation of a property they got in touch with me very quickly. From there TA was able to co-ordinate an inspection time for the following day and get the report written and sent to me well within the short time frame (2 working days from request being sent).
Because of this I was able to put an offer in on the property prior to others which enabled me to purchase the property.
Without the good work of TA I would still be looking for a property, no doubt about that!
I would not hesitate at all to recommend TA to anyone.
Thanks very much for being so accommodating and producing quality work at such short notice.
