A really busy store, usually understaffed, and I have been in here before and not been served. However, today I went in to look at laptops and recieved great service! They also had really good pricing and were prepared to be competative. So definitely worth it.

Very good service. It is a busy store with lots of staff available to help with great customer service. Huge selection of appliances. The store is always tidy and well looked after.

Got a fridge from here a month ago and when it was delivered the delivery guys scratched the front of the freezer door. They were great and had a new one delivered the next day to replace it. Awesome service, very happy with how they dealt with the problem.
