      We have had SO many frustrating experiences shopping at this store! More often than not we have had rude staff, staff that don't know the products and/or long wait times. We shop here only when we can't get it cheaper elsewhere.

      Have been really happy with the service we have recieved lately. Bought 2 phones, the ordered in one and it arrived very quickly. Sometimes the store is busy, and they need more staff on.
