Prices are quite high but probably the same everywhere else. Plenty of parking, good selection of snacks, theatres are tidy and so are the toilets

Good place to watch the latest movies. Good quality viewing. Fair prices and always a good experience

I give this cinema a 4 because I love how the cinema has lots of parking, it's food and front service is good, the theatre is clean and comfortable, the movie always starts on time, I love how you can buy your tickets online too. It loses one star for it's lack of human customer service, meaning businesses should show that they appreciate their customers by just smiling, saying hello, taking time to look at people, not stand around talking to each other (at least not more so than you say hello and notice your customers), ask your customers (especially those with kids) if they need some help to their seat. Good customer service, especially the human factor, should be effortless.

I would have given this a lower rating when it wa downtown cinemas, but now it has changed to event cinema it is so much better. Way cheaper prices, join the cinebuzz scheme for free and every time you go to 5 movies, you get a complimentary ticket. Way better!
