A had a query with a tv that I wasn’t sure if it was faulty or my/user error. The staff quickly helped and had it resolved in minutes. It was so quick they did not charge me. Excellent service.

Been almost 3 weeks without a working fridge. Had done a part payment aswell and they didn’t even order the parts and was going to be another 2 weeks. Went else where and done in 1 week. Also had incredibly rude phone manners. Avoid at all costs
