Inventive. Curious. Dedicated. Residential, commercial and more. Bau Division is an emerging architecture practice working primarily in the Waikato and Bay of Plenty regions. We aim to create lasting and meaningful designs that are backed up by technical rigour and strategic thinking. Bau Division was founded in 2018 and is directed by John Baker, a registered architect, Certified Passive House Designer and member of the New Zealand Institute of Architects.
