Today I drove two hours to view a vehicle at your Tauranga branch.
I explained how far I had traveled and was a cash buyer.
I took the vehicle for a drive listing number
17129991.
On return was told the vehicle was now sold and If I bought the vehicle prior to the test drive I would own the vehicle. It would have been nice for them to explain this prior or phone me and give me the option to purchase the vehicle whilst on a test drive.
What a joke, nobody explained this to me before test driving the vehicle.
I feel the way I was dealt was totally uprofessional and asked if there was some way to give me the opportunity to still purchase the vehicle and was told no.
I'm real disgusted in the way I have been treated as a customer.

We sold our car here and they were amazing. They gave us a good price and settled everything with the finance company. No hassles and withing 2 days everything was sorted and settled.

Bought a car from these guys last year. Great service and offer was good. Worth checking when in need of a car, good range.
