Star Anise Cafe

Tucked away a couple of streets from main street in town. Quite a small cafe but lovely atmosphere and the selection of teas, slices and cakes is amazing. Free parking but can sometimes to difficult to park right outside as spaces are limited

Friendly service and very accommodating. Have been with my antenatal group and with friends and they always make you feel welcome and fit you in. Good idea to book as they get very busy! I think it's a secret gem of New Plymouth! Great variety of foods and separate menus for dairy free and low gluten. My new fav place,

Hidden away on buller street this lovely cafe sells yummy slices and has a relaxed friendly atmosphere. Been a few times with friends and would definitely recommend

Really enjoyed my coffee and slice that I ordered. Was very delicious. The service was warm and friendly. Decent value for money also.
