Awesome customer service. I am currently organising a group of family and friends to do a cruise early next year and contacted House of Travel to get information about travel options and was really impressed with the fantastic service received. Highly recommend.

Ms. Theresa Coates from HOT New Plymouth was very nice and accommodating. She also gave us better deals for three to the Philippines. She was so helpful especially when we missed our flight back to NZ due to unforseen circumstances. Very highly recommended. Would definitely contact HOT again in the future. :)
