      I came here to get my drivers licence renewed and waited a ridiculous amount of time, there was only 2 staff serving, the customer queue was nearly at the entry door and rather than getting through the customers quicker the staff were more focused on "upselling" AA services like car insurance, absolutely unnecessary given the circumstances.
