Love this store! When they have sales on it’s always got some really really good bargains and there’s always something that suits you. Lovely pieces for any occasion and the staff are always happy to assist and take things out for a closer look or to try on. Hard to walk in without buying something!!

Very beautiful and affordable jewellery

Good store. Helpful staff. I bought my husbands wedding band here which we were very happy with and they had a sale running on it at the time so received a good discount.

Friendly staff BUT we were sold a pave set wedding ring which 1.5 yrs later when a micro diamond fell out they said it was faulty and to choose another! Like it meant nothing. They never contacted us when the ring was discontinued for a recall.! Another jeweller fixed it for only $150, and also told me that this is a common answer Pascoes have told other customers who need ring repairs.

We were not given good advice about the ring setting, risks, metal, or care and their warranty meant nothing. I will never shop here again and I caution you to not shop here for any jewellery that will have sentimental value to you in the future.

We learnt the hard way unfortunately.

Beautiful selection of jewelry, My husband bought his gold wedding band here at a discounted price and the quality of it is great! Staff are friendly and helpful.
