Great service and easy to use website for finding low fares. Wide range of pick up/drop off locations for those of us not near main centres. Most bus drivers are friendly and helpful with a handful being comical which makes a long trip a bit more interesting.

Intercity always have cheap fares and I love that you can pay your fare online and they email you the iternary. I always pay for my brother's fare to come from Rotorua to Auckland because they are very cheap.

Nice big comfortable buses,we left on time and was a very comfortable ride,tickets were good price if booked in advance,was nice to stop for a bite to eat and stretch the legs,driver was very friendly and professional
