      We have eaten at HEY SUSHI a few times when in Nelson and the food is fantastic. Really well done and good quality. It is a bit pricey so don't go when you are starving. We highly recommend the Lotus Root Chips as a starter - so delicious. Great service every time.

      Great, wide range of different sushi. The crispy chicken and salmon packs are my usual choices and both are delicious. The prices are very reasonable and it's a great location in town
