I found the sales staff here great to deal with. They were organised and efficient. Their products were very high quality. Unfortunately I couldn't say the same for the actual vinyl layer. I thought he was lazy and happy to take shortcuts, which I was not impressed about.

We recently purchased and installed. We received the quote promptly and the carpet was installed faster than we were initially told. Tradesman left house tidy after install

We used Carpet Court to re-carpet our house and put vinyl planks in our bathroom and toilet. The sales assistants were helpful and knowledgeable and the installers were good. Overall satisfied with our experience.

Recently had an insurance job requiring new carpet. The ladies were experienced and friendly, professional and patient as I worked my way through all the samples. Quote emailed to me was super time saving and now looking forward to new carpet.
